The spa begins with a customised cleansing ritual using warm, aromatic steam and carefully selected scalp products. This softens buildup, unclogs follicles, and improves blood flow to the scalp. A slow, rhythmic massage is performed to release tension stored in the head and neck, helping to regulate the nervous system. What should I wear for my head spa treatment?
To ensure you get the full benefit of your head spa experience, we kindly ask that you wear a top that can be easily pulled down past the shoulders. This allows us to access your neck and décolletage area during the treatment.
If you prefer, you're also welcome to remove your top entirely. Your comfort is our priority — we will step out of the room for a few minutes while you get settled under a blanket and towel before the treatment begins.

Do I need too leave with wet hair?
After your head spa treatment, your hair will be cleansed and treated with nourishing products. You’re welcome to dry and style your hair yourself using our tools, or we can provide a complimentary rough dry.
If you’d prefer a smooth blow-dry finish, this can be added to your treatment for an additional charge. Just let us know your preference when booking.
Please note that opting for either a smooth or rough blow dry will take up some of your appointment time, which means slightly less time can be dedicated to the head spa itself. The exact time needed may vary depending on your hair thickness and length.
Will my hair get wet or oily?
Yes. Your scalp will be cleansed and treated using oils, masks, and water-based steam. You may wish to leave the product in to enjoy the benefits for longer. Alternatively, you can choose a rough or smooth blow-dry for an extra fee, or you can dry your hair yourself at our drying station.
Can I book a head spa if I have hair extensions?
We do offer products that are safe for extensions, but please note that with certain types of extensions or braids, we are limited in how thoroughly we can access the scalp. As a result, you may not experience the full effect of the head spa treatment, as we avoid using tools that could interfere with the bonds or wefts.
If your extensions are freshly fitted or tightly applied, we recommend waiting until they have loosened slightly for a more effective experience. Feel free to contact us in advance so we can assess and advise the best approach for your treatment.
How often should I book a head spa?
For best results, we recommend booking monthly or seasonally, depending on your scalp’s needs and stress levels.

We offer the K18 Plus treatment, a revolutionary method designed to restore and rejuvenate your hair. Here’s how the process works:

We begin with a thorough assessment of your scalp to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.

PreparationList Item 2
You will be taken to our hair-drying room, where your hair will be carefully sectioned into four quadrants to ensure even application of our premium products.

Chelating TreatmentList Item 3
We apply 6-10 sprays of the K18 Pro Chelating Hair Complex to each quadrant. This powerful formula helps to remove impurities and prepare your hair for intensive repair. After applying, we allow it to work for 4 minutes.

Cleansing RitualList Item 4
Next, you will be guided to our head spa room, where we rinse your hair and apply steam along with a stimulating scalp scrub. We follow this with a cleansing wash using K18 Peptide Prep Detox Shampoo, ensuring your hair is thoroughly cleansed without any conditioning at this stage.

Molecular Repair
Returning to the hair-drying room, your hair will be towel-dried and re-sectioned. We then apply at least 10 sprays of K18 Professional Molecular Repair Hair Mist to each quadrant, adjusting the number of sprays based on your hair's length, thickness, and level of damage.
After letting this sit for another 4 minutes, we apply 1-3 pumps of the K18 professional molecular repair hair mask, focusing on the ends and avoiding the scalp. After 4 minutes, a small amount of the K18 Damage Shield Protective Conditioner is applied from mid-lengths to ends as needed.

Steam and Sensory Experience
You will be escorted back to the head spa room, where we place a soothing steam cap on your head for 5 minutes. During this time, we indulge you with sensory touches using various tools and aromatherapy for a relaxing experience.

Final Rinse and Styling
After thoroughly rinsing your hair, it will be towel-dried once more. We will then use 1-3 drops of the K18 Molecular Repair Hair Oil on the mid-lengths and ends. If needed, an additional drop can be applied after drying to enhance moisture and shine.
